Exhibitor Information

Please join in our vision to bring awareness to the people of the greater Enfield, Springfield and surrounding areas of the many wonderful ways to heal, manage stress, achieve great health and happiness, and to simply feel good everyday. That includes showcasing your artwork, jewelry or other products that make people happy!

2008 Exhibitor

The Crowne Plaza Hotel provides the perfect setting for this event with its spacious atriums, two beautiful exhibitor ballrooms and separate meeting rooms that hold up to 30 people for workshop presentations.

The expo hours are 10:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m. Three consecutive workshops in 50 minute intervals are scheduled to start at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The ballrooms will be available for set up at 7:30 a.m. the day of the show.

Ballroom tables are 6’ long (60 are available) or if preferred, 36" round tables are available to intuitive readers. The fee includes a skirted table, two chairs, a sign with your business name, and two name badges. Your contact information will be listed on the website and in the program. Marketing materials will be available to you to mail, e-mail and hand out to your contacts. A new feature this year is that your business will be featured in newsletters that will be e-mailed in the weeks prior to the event!

Intuitive readers are asked to make appointments at their individual tables.

A box lunch that includes a sandwich, apple, chips, cookie and drink is available to order in advance. Healthy refreshments will also be available to purchase for both the exhibitors as well as the attendees.

Please consider donating a product or service to the teacup raffle, a popular table for the attendees every year and a great way to showcase your business!

Fees are as follows:

  • 6’ table: $180
  • 36” reader's table: $150
  • Speakers/workshop leader: $ 35 per 50 minute session
  • Electricity at your table, if needed: $ 20

Please return the application with a 50% deposit of the total fee by July 25th. Payment in full is due September 1st. If payment in full is not received by September 1st, your deposit and space will be forfeited.

All are welcome to submit an application to be considered as an exhibitor and/or a workshop presenter. Every effort will be made to accommodate you and to ensure there is an even representation of modalities and topics. Creation Enterprises LLC reserves the right to decline your application and return your deposit. Our sponsors will be given preference to host a workshop.
